This version introduces the DFunds brand. Existing wallet data and core wallet functionality remain unchanged.
Can DFunds recover my wallet credentials?
No. DFunds Wallet is self-custody. Lost recovery phrases and private keys cannot be recovered. Store your backup offline in a secure location and never share it with anyone, including support.
Which blockchain networks are supported?
DFunds Wallet supports multiple networks, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, TRON, Solana, Polkadot, Arbitrum, and Optimism. Network and token availability may vary by region and app version.
Why can the final swap result differ from the estimate?
Swap quotes and routes are estimates from available decentralized protocols. The final result may change because of price movement, network fees, slippage, liquidity, or smart contract execution. Review all transaction details before confirming.
Why is my blockchain transaction still pending?
Confirmation time depends on the selected network, network activity, and fee conditions. Use the transaction hash to check its status in a compatible block explorer. Avoid submitting a duplicate transaction unless you understand the network behavior.
What should I include in a support request?
Include a description of the issue, your DFunds Wallet version, iOS version, blockchain network, and transaction hash when relevant. Never send your recovery phrase or private key.
